Is an Imbalance in Panchtattva Resulting in Global Warming?

February 22, 2018 by Malvika

The entire universe, our body and even our homes are made up of the panchtattva namely fire, water, space, earth and air and it is the balance of these elements that ushers happiness, wealth and prosperity into our lives. It’s important to understand that vaastu shastra revolves around the principle of harmony and balancing of these elements.

Any imbalance of the panchtattva results in unhappy situations and problems in our lives, both mentally and physically. For instance, water, as an element is related to conceptualization of fresh ideas, thoughts and clarity. An imbalance of this element can cause a lot of disturbances in our lives. This is exactly why underground water tanks should never be located in the southern portion of the house. Similarly, the air element is associated with growth and movement and the fire element is associated with money and recognition. Similarly, the air element is associated with growth and movement and the fire element is associated with money and recognition. In fact, one of the major causes of global warming is the imbalance in the five elements.

According to a study conducted by Dr. Padmaja, global warming is essentially an imbalance of the panchtattva or the five elements. She further reinstates that the depleting ozone layer is causing an imbalance of the space element whereas our planet’s rising temperature as well as the harmful radiations that are entering the earth, are all happening owing to the imbalance in the fire element.  Her research has also helped her in concluding that the rising level of the sea water is a result of the imbalance of the water element whereas the growing menace of pollution is a result of the imbalance in the air element. Apart from this, the rampantly occurring natural disasters including earthquakes, tsunami and droughts as well as flooding are a result of the imbalance of the earth element.

Thus, there’s no denying the fact that when each of these elements are arranged appropriately in a given space, it automatically attracts positive energy, wealth and happiness. This is precisely why we must focus on balancing the vaastu of our home or office. Vaastu, when done in the right manner, can help us in creating a healthy environment as well as surroundings. In fact, by simply altering the vaastu of our home, we can detoxify our homes and attract positive vibes from all directions.

How ‘Panchtattva’ Can Help You in Getting Rid of Vaastu Dosh?

February 16, 2018 by Malvika

Our universe, which is beautifully adorned by several planets, moons, stars and other galaxies, is the result of coming together of five different elements viz. Air, fire, water, space and earth. Each of these elements, also known as Panchtattva, combines with one another to form our bodies as well as our abodes.

In fact, within buildings and other dwellings, all the directions are governed by different elements and if not balanced appropriately, they can impact our lives, health and wealth negatively. It’s the balancing or the Panchtattva, which helps in transforming a negative space into a positive one.

Below are some of the ways that can be used for balancing the Panchtattva and removing vastu dosh from your home:

  • Always place water in the northern portion of your home.
  • The air element should occupy western portion of the property.
  • Fire should always be on the southern part of the abode.
  • Earth is the south-west corner of the property.
  • Space is the center portion of the house.

Apart from this, homeowners must also avoid placing fire in the western direction, as it can have a negative impact on your life and may result in the loss of opportunities. As already stated earlier, water should always be placed in the northern area of the house.

This enables the homeowners in having brighter and better views about life. Besides, they work diligently and witness an instant boost in their immunity level as well as overall health and well-being. Placing the water element in this direction also helps individuals in avoiding difficult situations with ease or little efforts. Homeowners who place the fire element in the north portion of their abodes may witness a huge imbalance in their lives as fire and water are exactly opposite to each other.
